Paul Fournet Air Service Inc., (PFAS) is an FBO located in the second hangar east of the LFT Terminal Building (MAP).

PFAS has two common hangars of approximately 126,000 square feet, available for transient storage and twenty-one (21) T-Hangars. The PFAS terminal building is 6,400 square feet, covering two floors.

The first floor houses the Customer Service Desk and Main Lobby with comfortable seating for Thirty-Six (36) people. The spacious private Pilot's Lounge, (which has visual access to the main lobby, in order to easily monitor your passengers) is equipped with rocker recliners, couches and large comfortable chairs. Also in the private Pilot's Lounge, is a full size color television/VCR, with full Cable-TV access to all premium channels.

Adjacent to the Pilot's Lounge is the Flight Planning room, which is equipped with various wall maps and a free DTN Weather Satellite Monitor.

Along with PFAS administrative offices and Rest Rooms, the first floor also has a Snack Room, equipped with free coffee, kitchen equipment and a wide variety of vending machines.

The Second Floor houses a spacious Executive Conference Room, (provided free to all PFAS customers), Men's and Women's Showers, Steam Room and a Bunk Room.

PFAS is a Major Repair Station and an authorized Cessna Service Station supplying scheduled maintenance services to over 105 based and transient aircraft.

Lafayette is the cradle of the Cajun culture and the heart of French Louisiana. Many tourist destinations are in very close proximity to the Lafayette Airport, as well as many of the finest restaurants in Louisiana.

Today PFAS is owned and operated by Richard and Kim Fournet, son and daughter-in-law of the founder, and three of their five children.



PFAS is open twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, with over 45 highly trained and motivated employees, ready to serve you.
